Please notify Fyffes plc Registrars in writing. Remember to state clearly your old address. If you hold shares in joint names, the letter must be signed by the first named person on the share certificate. If you have previously registered with Computershare Investor Centre, you can log onto www.computershare.ie and change your address electronically.
To ensure that your shareholding is registered in your new name, please write to Fyffes plc Registrars. You will need to enclose evidence of the change, for example, an original or copy of your marriage certified by a bank/solicitor or stockbroker or change of name deed, original or copy (certified by a bank/solicitor or stockbroker), together with your share certificate(s) and any uncashed dividend cheques. New documents will then be issued in the right name.
You should inform Fyffes plc Registrars immediately. They will cancel your original share certificate so it cannot be used for sale or transfer and send you a form of indemnity to complete and request payment of an administration fee. The form of indemnity is required to protect the Company from the potential misuse of the missing share certificate, so must be returned before a new share certificate can be issued. There may be a further cojoining fee depending on the value of the missing Share Certificates.
To get a replacement, you will need to contact Fyffes plc Registrars, a small fee maybe payable depending on the number of duplicate vouchers required.
