David Cardale 
Chairman 

David Cardale as a co-founder of global3digital, is very much a hands-on Chairman, he may even answer the telephone when you ring! David brings a wealth of experience to our relatively young company. His sound business acumen is the perfect compliment to the visionary technology that underpins everything we deliver. David has over 30 years experience in the City. He has worked in both Corporate Finance and Private Equity. He has advised a number of fund management groups, run the European operations of NatWest Equity Partners and has extensive experience as a non-executive director of both UK and overseas listed companies two investment trusts and a fund management group. Our business would simply not have the substance that we offer if it were not for David’s counsel and experience.

Peter Kemp 
Managing Director 

Before joining global3digital, Peter worked as European Sales Director at Thomson Financial Investor Relations. It was there that Peter refined his in-depth knowledge of the global financial industry and of its requirements for information and technology. Peter insists that global3digital’s services are grounded in researched solutions that meet carefully understood needs. However, at global3digital we all understand that it is ultimately people who do business. Peter therefore ensures that the whole company takes real pride in their work and in how we operate. He leads the team with enthusiasm and dedication and the team follows his lead. Peter gets to know all our clients individually and meets them regularly.

Michael Crouch 
Finance Director 

Mike has been with us since 1999. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he worked in the Investigations Department of Grant Thornton.

He co-founded a travel business which he subsequently sold to Granada Group and has had substantial experience working in industry as a consultant and Finance Director.

Janine Johnston 
Operations Director 

Janine joined global3digital in 2007 as a Project Manager and has recently moved into our Operations Director role. Often problem solving and surrounded by post-it notes, she takes everything in her stride and believes happiness is a completed list. Janine has a thorough understanding of our operational and production activities and looks to drive continuous change and maximise efficiency. This strategic role benefits from her creativity and open minded approach. Janine understands that the team are at the heart of the company’s success and works to build team spirit and maintain open relationships across the office. Janine has recently returned to work after having her first child and now spends the majority of her free time being a top Mum! 

Louisa Phillips 
Client Services Director 

Heading up the Account Management and Support team, Louisa is ultimately responsible for delivering excellence to our clients and adding value to their digital corporate communications. Louisa has a natural ability to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships and a good track record in successfully managing those relationships up to and including board level in blue-chip public companies around the world. Outside of work, Louisa's passion is in language, travel and culture.
